No Refund Policy
We appreciate your interest in attending the 2024 Conference on Integration and Cooperation conference, organized by Cooperation Integration Canada (CICAN). Before proceeding with the registration process, please carefully read and understand our "No Refund" policy.
By proceeding with the registration process, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this "No Refund" policy. We encourage you to evaluate your availability and commitment to attending the 2024 Conference on Integration and Cooperation conference before completing your registration.
By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms: :
No Refunds: CICAN has a strict "No Refund" policy for all conference registrations and attendees. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellations, non-attendance, personal conflicts, or any other unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation: Cancellation of your attendance at the conference does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund of the registration fee
Reimbursement requests in case of visa refusala: CICAN will reimburse 50% of the registration fee if the visa is refused. Proof of refusal in the form of a letter of refusal from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) addressed to the participant will be required. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and there will be no refunds for visa refusals resulting from fraud, imprudent actions or inactions from the applicant.
Transfer of Registration: The registration is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person without prior written consent from CICAN.
Force Majeure: CICAN shall not beheld responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred by participants in the event of unforeseen circumstances or "Force Majeure" events. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, civil unrest, strikes, public health emergencies, or any other situations beyond the organizer's control that may lead to the postponement, cancellation or alteration of the conference.
Program Changes: CICAN reserves the right to modify the conference program, including the agenda, speakers, and venue, at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not entitle participants to a refund.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to CICAN's Code of Conduct throughout the event. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the conference, with no entitlement to a refund.
Personal Belongings: CICAN shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the conference.
